In 1950, 150 families took a leap of faith that a brand new Catholic high school in the heart of Orange County would become a home for their children. 75 years later, we honor their vision and celebrate the countless monarchs who have walked the halls here on the corner of Bristol and Edinger with Honor, Glory, and Love.
This milestone reminds us that our community belongs to all—alumni, lifetime parents, faculty and staff, students, and dear friends alike. That is precisely what 1950 Day is: a day to give thanks for the blessings we’ve received and to celebrate the enduring spirit of Mater Dei.
